Here's what Alex, who started with the practice in this role had to say:

“I joined McGinty Demack part way through my level 2 course, they were very accommodating letting me finish this and then continue to do a level 3 apprenticeship.

After completing my level 3 whilst working for MGD enabled me to gain valuable knowledge and experience.  I was involved in processing real life accounts and gaining experience in all aspects of the business. This helped massively with my AAT course and improved my skills and knowledge to a high standard.

I would recommend an apprenticeship with MGD to anyone who is prepared to work hard and who will utilise the support available from an established accounting firm.”
